Chocolate Mousse Cake

 

INGREDIENTS:

• 1l Milk, 
• 100ml Heavy Cream, 
• 50g Cocoa Powder, 
• 50g Starch Powder, 
• 150g Sugar, 
• 300g Dark Chocolate

 DIRECTIONS:

1. Add 1L milk, 100ml heavy cream, 50g cocoa powder, 50g starch and 150g sugar in a glass bowl. Mix it well and strain it through a sieve.

2. Heat it with hot water and add 300g of dark chocolate. Mix it well.

3. Pour it in a cake mold and let it cool in a refrigerator for 4 hours
